Access Perks
Joining the Solterra team can pay off in surprising ways! Boost your benefits with America’s largest employee discount network. Through our partnership with Access Perks, Solterra employees can enjoy discounts of up to 50% on automotive services, fashion and apparel, electronics, groceries, dining, travel, theme parks, movie tickets, and more.
The CareWorks career training program was created by Solterra to address the caregiver shortage in the Southwest. The program trains participants for a career in long-term care. A Care Coach assists students while they study to attain the necessary credentials.
CareWorks covers all costs associated with the program and pays participants minimum wage while they attend. Successful CareWorks graduates are placed in one of our Assisted Living communities as full-time team members.

Whether you are a leader or a dedicated caregiver, at Solterra you’ll find opportunities not only to live well, but also to work well.
