At the Mission at Agua Fria Senior Living, we pride ourselves on providing loving assisted living and memory care located right here in Peoria, Arizona, near the intersection of West Olive and North 107th Avenues. You’ll be proud to call the Mission at Agua Fria your home, as we offer a beautiful and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Our community consists of 59 studio and one-bedroom apartments in our assisted living neighborhood and 30 studio apartments in our memory care neighborhood.

Additionally, both our assisted living and memory care options are personalized to meet the individual needs of our residents. Before moving in, an assessment is done by one of our licensed nurses. From this, we can create a personal care plan for your needs.

Assisted Living

In our assisted living neighborhood, we want to make sure you age with dignity. This means that we only provide you with the assistance that you need. We don’t take any of your independence away from you. We want you to maintain your dynamic lifestyle, and we make sure you can do just that in a safe environment.

Memory Care

At Mission at Agua Fria, we provide a safe and secure environment for those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia. Our staff is certified, licensed, and properly trained to provide the appropriate support and care for those living with memory care needs. Additionally, the memory care neighborhood is purposefully located on the ground floor of our building and has its own dedicated nurse’s station.

There are also special memory care programs we have in place, such as art, music, pet therapy, sensory integration, and an exercise program. There is also a beautiful enclosed courtyard that our residents can take advantage of to get some fresh air and to socialize.

Excellent Services and Amenities

In both of our neighborhoods, we offer a wide variety of unique programs and amenities. These are meant to benefit both the residents and their caregivers. The services and amenities differ depending on whether you are in our assisted living neighborhood or our memory care neighborhood, but both include on-site care staff available 24-hours a day, a complete line of personal care services—such as dressing, bathing, and mobility—and restaurant-style dining.
