4 Favorite Features of BridgeWater Avondale

Our newest BridgeWater Assisted Living community in is Avondale, completed in the spring of 2019. Altogether, Avondale residents can expect five-star services in a modern, upscale community while still enjoying a small-town feel.

Whether you require assisted living or memory care, or are simply looking for independent living, we provide it all at prices you can afford. Here are our four favorite features of our BridgeWater Avondale campus.

1. Location

Not only is Avondale our newest community, but it’s also centered near some pretty cool features and attractions. Check out the world-class golf courses nearby (and bring your clubs) or visit the Phoenix International Raceway for a NASCAR experience. If you’re more interested in the local nature and wildlife, there’s the Estrella Mountain Regional Park Nature Center, a LEED-certified building that incorporates natural materials and native plants in its surroundings. You can also enjoy the walking trails of the Maricopa County park system.

2. Care That Is Focused on You

Resident-centered care is the most important part of our mission statement. We know it’s important to you to personally make the decisions that affect you the most, and we’re with you every step of the way.

Each BridgeWater Assisted Living apartment is equipped with our 24/7 nurse call technology. It monitors your daily activities, such as sleep patterns and toileting, in order to proactively perceive “behind the door” in a non-invasive way. You may not realize that things are changing, so this is a great way the technology can help you and your care providers understand your needs.

3. All Kinds of Care

Whether you’re coming to stay with us for independent living, assisted living, or memory care, we’re happy to help you. We can provide as much or as little care as you need, and we understand that your needs can change as well. Our care team will meet with you, your family, and your advocates to create a care plan that’s tailored to suit you. It will allow you to be as active, engaged, and independent as you want to be.

Every day there are events and outings you can join in on—or you can hang out in a common area with your new friends or visitors. It’s your choice.

4. Financial Aid

It stands to reason you might be nervous about looking for an assisted living community. Some of them are expensive, and you may have felt sticker shock while doing your research. The good news is that BridgeWater was created under a federal tax credit program, which means we’re able to give you the care you need at much lower prices.

If you’re a veteran and/or believe you qualify for other low-income requirements, contact our community benefits advocate. Our mission is to provide an excellent retirement for every older adult we can. We have designed our communities to address the growing number of fixed-income seniors.
