Our Mission
We strive to provide upscale, modern housing that hosts state-of-the-art technology for income-qualified Arizona residents. BridgeWater’s senior living communities were developed through the federal tax-credit fund to give Arizona seniors a good option for another, more affordable senior living community. Assisted Living
In addition to all the benefits of independent living, our assisted living community members will always get the assistance they need. We treat each of our residents as an individual and understand they may need different levels of help. We offer the following services for those residents:
- Dining services—Chef-prepared meals are served three times a day and can be enjoyed in our restaurant-style dining room.
- 24-hour assistance—This customized care can range greatly but can include reminders and assistance with medication, dressing, bathing, grooming, ambulation, orientation, and so forth.
- Emergency call pendant—This ensures a resident gets help as soon as possible.
- Transportation—Residents receive transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, shopping trips, and social outings.
- Wellness activities—This can include activities such as exercises, games, elective classes, presentations, and more.
Memory Care
Our caring and compassionate team believes there’s a better way to help seniors with dementia or Alzheimer’s to live. We used the science-based activities program Equilibrium, which combines art, music, cognitive, and mindfulness activities to help memory care residents.
Amenities and Financial Assistance
Our residents don’t miss out on anything. If you don’t want to go out on a regularly scheduled outing, there are always indoor activities available. Enjoy the exercise and wellness center, full-service beauty salon, activity and media rooms, or computer lab. You can also stay close to home and still get some fresh air.
