BridgeWater Offers Residents the Comforts of Home

The decision to move to an assisted living or memory care community is a big one that comes with a lot of hesitations. One of the biggest sticking points is the worry that this place will be your new home but will not feel like home.

At BridgeWater Assisted Living, we are here to tell you that this doesn’t have to be the case. You can find the comforts of home in assisted living and memory care. We make sure of that here in our communities thanks to the many great amenities that we offer. We understand that assisted living and memory care will be your new home and new neighborhood, and we want to make sure it has everything you may need.

Here are just some of the comforts of home in assisted living and memory care that you will have here at BridgeWater:

Daily Activities and Events

There is no reason for you to give up the things you love when moving into an assisted living or memory care community. To make sure of this, we offer daily activities and events for our residents to take part in. These activities are meant to nurture and engage our residents’ minds, bodies, and spirits. There are also many different activities and events offered, so there’s something available for every resident to enjoy.

Community Dining Room

We all know the important role food plays when it comes to the comforts of home. Our community dining room is open every day with chef-prepared meals that are both nutritious and delicious. Three meals are offered each day, with a wide variety of menu selections for our residents to choose from.

Special Dining Events

In addition to regular daily meals, numerous special events are held in the community dining room too. For instance, we regularly host food events here. There are also happy hours, special holiday meals, and other dining activities.

On-Site Wellness and Therapy Center

We know how important it is to stay active, no matter what age you are. If you are coming from a house with a gym or any sort of wellness room, you don’t need to worry, as we have a wellness center at each BridgeWater community. You can use this space on your own or to meet with a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist, all without leaving the building.

As you can see, there is no need to worry about missing out on the comforts of home in assisted living and memory care. If you choose the right community, you will be sure to have all the comforts of home, and more, that you need. We offer all the above and more at our BridgeWater Assisted Living communities.
