Our memory care neighborhood is located on the first floor of the Mission at Agua Fria building for ease of access. Once your loved one is all moved in, we can show them around their new home so they can begin to get familiar with their surroundings.

As you walk around the neighborhood, you’ll find a dining room, activity room, lounge, and central gathering room so your loved one can socialize with other residents. Our memory care neighborhood also features an enclosed outdoor courtyard so our residents can enjoy Peoria’s beautiful outdoors without the risk of wandering.

In fact, we have a dedicated nurse’s station so you don’t have to worry about your loved one having trouble finding their way back to their room. Our on-site certified care team is available around-the-clock to assist your loved one at any time of day with whatever they may need.

We also encourage our residents to explore everything Peoria has to offer. If your loved one needs to leave the building for an appointment, we will arrange transportation to local services. At the Mission at Agua Fria, we want our residents to always feel they are part of a caring community.
