1. Private Apartments

We understand that you want your own space, which is why we offer private apartments. Our assisted living apartments have four different one-bedroom floorplans to choose from. Some even have kitchenettes, and all have ample closet space to store your belongings. Our memory care apartments are private studio apartments that are ADA accessible.

2. Safe and Secure

We take our resident’s safety and security seriously. In both of our communities, we have on-site care staff that is available 24 hours a day. Our care staff learns your care needs, interests, history, and preferences to fully deliver the level of assistance and the personalized care that you need and deserve. We take it a step further in our memory care apartments, as they’re in a state-of-the-art secure environment.

3. Spacious Bathrooms

Every bathroom in the Agua Fria apartments is spacious. Each has a walk- or wheel-in shower that is equipped with emergency response pull cords and an emergency pendant for extra security. In our memory care studio apartments, there are also grab bars in the shower.

4. Housekeeping Services

Chores are a burden and become even more so with age. We understand this hassle, which is why we offer weekly housekeeping, laundry, and linen services for our residents to take advantage of. There is a laundry room available in our assisted living community if residents prefer to do their own laundry. Plus, we have daily trash removal services to keep your room from becoming dirty or smelly.

5. Many Utilities

Your apartment is more than just a room: it’s your home. This is why we include all utilities in our apartments, including cable. The only exclusion is the phone.
